Dave was born and raised in the heart of Houston,Texas. Sales and customer service experience has always been an expertise of his. Dave has won numerous prestigious awards in the 10 years of being in the sales industry. He also has taken the time to earn an Associates Degree in Arts after attending both Blinn Community College and Lone Star Community College. Growing up, he and his family have always played the great game of Monopoly. This game sparked his interest in buying and selling real estate. To this day, he credits that game as the main reason why he felt real estate is the perfect career to get into along with being a server and a sales supervisor. Through the adventure of the home buying process, listing a home, or finding the perfect lease, it is Dave’s number one priority to put the clients needs first in order to find their perfect dream home. No matter what it takes, he considers and treats all clients as if they are family to him. He thrives on challenges that will ultimately lead to dreams coming true. He has always enjoyed meeting new people, and he will do whatever he can to make them smile or laugh.
